Group Structure & Expectations
Logistics & Participation
-
Start by filling out the “join” form on the website. If it seems like a potential fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a 10–15 minute phone consultation. This call helps us learn more about you, answer any questions you have, and determine whether the group is the right fit. We carefully form each group with intention.
-
Each group is limited to a small number of participants, typically between 4-6 people. This ensures that everyone has the opportunity to participate and receive support.
-
While we encourage full participation, we understand that life can get in the way. If you miss a session, you’re welcome to review the session’s content and stay up to date with group discussions. However, no refunds or make-up sessions are offered.
Payment & Scheduling
-
The group costs $400 for all 8 sessions ($50 per session). Full payment is required once the group is scheduled to secure your spot.
-
If you attend the first session and decide the group isn't a fit for you, you can receive a refund for the remaining 7 sessions. After the first session, no refunds will be issued, as this is a closed group (meaning once the group starts, no new members can join, and your spot is reserved for the full 8 weeks).
-
Payment is due in full once the group start date is confirmed. This helps us secure your spot and ensures the group can move forward with committed members.
Good to Know
-
Nope! This is a virtual group that meets over Zoom, and we've had members join from all over the U.S., the U.K., and Canada. As long as the time zone works for you, you're welcome.
-
That’s totally okay! Many members are brand new to group support. We go over expectations in the first session and make sure everyone feels comfortable getting started.

Not at all. Breakups are painful no matter who initiated them. This group is for anyone navigating the emotional aftermath of a breakup, whether you were broken up with, you ended the relationship, or it was mutual.
